8. Disclaimers and Warranties

Services provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

We DO guarantee our best efforts in implementing proven automation systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Peak Automation Group LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 3 months. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue

• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Indemnification
